I am personal chef in Phoenix AZ with over 20 years of culinary experience. I started my own catering company in 2018 and that took off in Phoenix, AZ and have since relocated to Boston, MA. After, being noticed for my creative twists on traditional cuisines it got me noticed by several professional athletes and from there I was offered positions as a personal chef for many players in the league. My services range from private dinner parties, in home meal prepping, private chef services, catering as well as a Private Chef Master Class teaching up and coming chefs how to be successful in this industry. My love for cooking extends pass just cooking. I am currently in the process of developing my own seasoning line. Cooking has always come naturally to me and I've loved doing it since I was a child. The feeling of seeing what I created once I finished creating has never left.

For me, cooking is my sancutaury. It is my peace and keeps me grounded. When I am cooking my focus is to ensure my clients walk away wanting more.

I learned to cook from my mother. I use to watch her cook meals everyday at home and every Sunday a really big meal that could feed an army.

Chef Trenita was able to make delicious meals that fit within my fitness goals as well as my very specific low fodmap diet. The meals were yummy & presented well. She was very professional & very good with time management. My husband and I highly recommend Chef Trenita!

We were apprehensive to have a chef come to our house to prepare a meal but Trenita was absolutely amazing! What we really appreciated was how in the proposal she offered several ideas/ options for each course. (The other chefs who sent proposals did not offer ideas.) We chose options we don’t typically order out or serve at home. We also appreciated how she allowed us time between each course, that is something we seldom get on restaurants. In between each course she did ALL the clean up! We didn’t even have to bring the dishes to her! Every course was absolute perfection! And then when all was done, we walked into the kitchen and it was SPOTLESS!! We received this “Take A Chef” as a gift for our anniversary and wow! Best gift ever!

Chef Tranita was great! Easy to work with before the event, and very helpful on menu planning. She arrived on time and very prepared. She served breakfast, lunch and dinner to group of 13 through out the day. Everyone raved about the food, presentation, quality, taste etc. and she cleaned up the kitchen after every meal. Fantastic service, would definitely recommend her to anyone. Thanks Chef Tranita!

Chef Trenita made our weekend in Scottsdale unforgettable: her food and service were top notch. Her orange chicken, veggie spring rolls and chicken wontons were some of the best we've had! The ooey gooey butter cake is also a must-have for any menu. We hope to book Chef Trenita again on our next trip to the Phoenix area!
