Chef Troy was amazing! My husband and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. We selected the crab bisque, salmon with lemon and dill, (grilled) filet mignon with potatoes and asparagus, and warm homemade banana pudding! The food was incredible! Great conversation and explanation of the meals. The night and meals moved along smoothly. What else could you expect from the winner of Cooks vs Cons! We will definitely recommend and book again!

We hired Troy Dye to prepare a 4 course dinner for my sister's 50th birthday. We couldn't have been happier. The food was amazing. Even the salad had a ton of flavor and the crab bisque impressed even this group of Marylanders (we tend to be snobbish about crab preparations). The beef tenderloin and vegetables were so very creative and delicious that even the picky kids loved it. The banana pudding was out of this world. They were prompt, professional, and left my kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. I highly recommend this company.
