I now work with Source Chefs in Colorado, providing in home meals for families vacationing all over Colorado mountain resorts.
I worked at Michelin starred Roister, moving on the become Sous chef at 2 Michelin star restaurant Oriole in Chicago 2019-2023.
I moved to Colorado last winter to become a private chef & have been cooking in home all over Colorado since.
I love being able to bring some of my big city dining background to the mountains, working with some amazing Colorado produce & agriculture.
