Wendy has prepared mouthwatering, nutritious vegetarian and vegan meals for more than 25 years. Wendy’s Nutty Cheese is made with all organic ingredients. Cashews as the base of the cheese.
She studied cooking in India and studied with Michio Kushi at the Kushi institute. Cooking with passion is what she does... Wendy only cooks from scratch. In addition to starting her cooking carrer early, she has had the pleasure to cook at Arnolds Turtle, Angelica's Kitchen, and the Garden Cafe to name a few, and most recently has been the visiting chef at Menla Mountain Retreat.
