James Aung —since 2010, I joined Alan Wong’s Honolulu and worked all the way up to Chef De Cuisine and left 2017. And joined with Tommy Bahama Waikiki as executive sos chef for almost two years_ I am working full time with the company that I prefer one month in advance to book me. I went to Seattle Central for early edu in 2007. My background is South East Asian cooking style with European twist and Hawaiian Regional twist. ( It is fun to go shopping with you all and pick up what you want and make something with me plus you all will get to see around )
