My name is Angelo Spugnetti, and I am an Italian chef with a strong Sicilian background and over 11 years of professional experience in the culinary industry.

My cuisine is Italian in its entirety, not limited to one single regional style. I work with a wide range of Italian dishes, techniques, and traditions, offering a versatile and refined culinary experience.

That said, Sicilian cuisine represents the heart of my identity: I possess a selection of exclusive and ancient Sicilian recipes, passed down through my grandparents and deeply rooted in tradition. These recipes are rare, not commercial, and reserved for a limited and privileged clientele, as they represent a true culinary heritage that I have carefully reinterpreted through years of study, culture, and professional growth.

I am professionally qualified by Gambero Rosso and have worked in luxury 5-star hotels, developing a strong focus on high-end service, quality ingredients, and attention to detail. For the past two years, I have been working as a chef in Australia, further enriching my international experience.
