I am a professional chef with over 12 years experience who believes in a produce driven approach to cooking championing locally sourced ingredients, trained locally before having the opportunity to work in hatted and Michelin starred restaurants.
I am trained in a range of different cuisines from Asian, South American, Scandinavian, Modern European and also with native Australian ingredients having had the opportunity to work alongside some of Australia's most innovative chefs.
I believe in using seasonal local ingredients to create a sustainable refined dining experience.
