I have been in hospitality my whole life. For the first decade I have concentrated my career on FOH working from cafes to Restaurants and fine dining establishments .
In the last decade I have owned and operated a cake shop, a cafe and a restaurant developping a great appreciation and passion for cooking. I have since obtained a qualification in Commercial cookery and I have been working as a Head Chef for the past 5 years specifically in Italian cuisine.
I have a full time Head Chef job at present and I recive many enquires about private dinner at home so here I am.
