I am a professional chef of 10 years, having travelled and worked in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, I have had the opportunity to work for some of the worlds best chefs and also run my own place along the way, most notable in Manchester, United Kingdom, running the 16th best gastro in the entire UK, I have been apart of multiple opening kitchens around the world. And to soon open my own kitchen
