At 30 years old Ive been lucky enough to be cooking for over half my life, 17 years in the kitchen has propelled me to heights way beyond my peers of my own age
I specialise in Italian cuisine but nothing is out of reach, I can do pastry, dessert and bake to fulfil your menus needs.
Whatever the theme may be, as insane or as wild as it can get, I'll match it with energy, flair and a hell of a lot of fun.
