I kicked off my culinary adventure by sharing my creations on Instagram and Abbiocco—turning my passion for food into art (and the occasional food pun) in 2018. In 2021 I took the plunge to shift from India to Melbourne, Australia where I enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu, earning my diplomas and certifications. That’s when I decided to speak the universal language of food. I juggled work and study like a pro—experimenting in fine dining, hatted restaurants, and even bar & grills with a Japanese-French twist. I rocked catering for massive crowds (50–60K!) in stadiums while sharpening my skills in kitchen management and menu design. A standout? Perfecting vegan cuisine at Smith + Deli, where I learned that plants can pack a punch. Currently working in park Hyatt as CDP for events kitchen.

I launched private chef events, my boutique catering venture, curating cultural events and bespoke menus with a modern fusion twist—spiked with instinct, creativity & gastronomy.

I love challenging tradition and reinventing classics—with a dash of craziness and a whole lot of heart. For me, every plate is a chance to create a memorable experience. Let’s bring life to food
