Originally from Tokyo, Japan, I spent my early years in Tokyo, Mexico City, and Melbourne. I am proficient in both Japanese and English, with a little knowledge of Spanish. I take pleasure in hard work and have been contributed in developing Melbourne's unique food culture, which encompasses launching a restaurant from scratch.

I have gained experience across various establishments, consistently leading the kitchen team and designing exceptional and innovative dishes.
