Chef Elliot discovered his love for cooking at a young age while helping his mum in the kitchen, sparking a lifelong passion that set him on his culinary journey. Beginning his career at just 16, he went on to gain qualifications in Modern Australian, French and south east Asian cuisine, training in hatted restaurants before taking on leadership roles across the east coast of Australia and in France. Elliot thrives on creating an atmosphere filled with excitement, where good food and beautiful presentation come together to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
