I’m a professional chef with many years experience across multiple countries.

Have been in Australia for 10 plus years working in everything from fine dining to cafes.

Currently own my own business which includes a pub, an all day eatery in Albert Park and a private chef and catering business. I also do the hospitality for Avondale FC and the Beer and Beef Club.

Chef Evan Burrows has been an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. Evan listened to my story of what we were hopng to achieve. Evan nailed it. The menu was absolutely amazing. The tastes and presentation was excellent. All of our guests loved the dishes served. Evan worked in the kitchen, training another Chef for mobile work. They worked quietly and professionally while we sat, ate, drank and mingled. The cleaning up was to perfection at the end. We would highly recommend Evan for a night in and special occasions. We had chef Evan Burrows cook for our us at home to celebrate a 40th birthday. We had a huge array of dietaries and some very picky eater children. We al loved the meal- so many different varieties of entrees that were presented so well. The mains were amazing and even given the dietaries he still managed to make an epic dessert. Our kitchen was left cleaner than when he arrived. Thanks Evan for the lovely celebration meal that even the kids enjoyed!

An absolutely amazing experience. Evan is not only a great chef, but a lovely person. We had such a great night with him, the food was lovely, and he taught me a few things about cooking. Will most definitely do it again.

Evan was really great! He communicated well, showed up on time, the food was absolutely delicious. One issue that I hope someone could address is that he took all the leftovers, which we were looking forward to eating during the rest of our stay.

Perfect date night at home - no shopping, no cooking and no cleaning with good food.
