I am a Taiwanese chef with over five years of culinary experience in Australia, specializing in high-end cuisine within five-star hotel environments.

I am a Taiwanese chef with a strong multicultural culinary background and five years of professional experience in Australia. My culinary journey began in Taiwan, where I studied at a hospitality and culinary school, receiving formal training in traditional Taiwanese cuisine and classic Chinese cooking techniques. This foundation gave me a deep understanding of balance, seasoning, knife skills, and respect for ingredients rooted in Asian culinary culture.

To further expand my skills and global perspective, I moved to Australia and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, where I specialized in European cuisine. My training focused on classical French techniques, modern Western cooking methods, pastry fundamentals, and professional kitchen discipline. This experience allowed me to bridge Eastern and Western culinary philosophies, combining precision with creativity.

Throughout my career in Australia, I have worked in a variety of professional kitchen environments, including five-star hotels and local pubs. In luxury hotel kitchens, I gained experience in high-volume service, fine dining standards, and consistency under pressure. Working in pubs helped me develop speed, efficiency, and adaptability while maintaining quality and flavor in a fast-paced setting.
