Im a passionate and profesional cook and i like to use classic cooking technics and mixing differents flavors around. Im focused on local resourses therefore i put thought on the food i cook for it to be armonius and simple giving the best of my interpretations on a plate. My strengt are French, Caribbean, Asian cuisine and bbq style, Vegan food was influenced in me in my experiense working in Urbane restaurant leaded for Alejandro Cancino as executive chef.
