Passionate Spanish Chef
Vocational chef with extensive experience in Spanish, Mediterranean, Catalan, French, British and international cuisine, and engaged to deliver a high quality dining experiences.I am working as a Head Chef at Brunello, a renowned restaurant serving Mediterranean dishes in Canberra (Australia). Previously, I have worked also as a Head Chef at Tinto, Melbourne and the prestigious "El Borracho de Oro" (Spanish cuisine) in Birmingham (UK) and while I worked there, we won the "Restaurant of the Year" award in the Birmingham Awards (September 2016). I have also previous fine dining experience in Michelin starred restaurants and international experience in the pre-opening of a 5 stars luxury hotel in Bakú (Azerbaijan). Passion for rice, fish, seafood, meat, and in general for all cuisines with huge respect for the product.
