Chef with over 15 years of leadership experience, ambassador of Georgian cuisine in Sydney.

I am a chef with extensive hospitality experience across a range of venues, specialising in Georgian and Italian cuisine. While Italian food is widely recognised, Georgian cuisine remains underrepresented in Australia, with no dedicated Georgian restaurant currently established in Sydney.

With more than 11 years of experience in Italian cuisine, my current focus is to introduce Georgian food to Sydneysiders and the wider Australian dining community. My style brings together authentic Georgian flavours with well-tested Italian techniques and a contemporary approach suited to the local market, creating a distinctive new dining experience for the community.
