Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Parkroyal Monash, Punit has built a reputation for blending high-level culinary creativity with sophisticated operational strategy.

Throughout a career that includes leadership tenures at W Melbourne, Crown Casino, and Mantra Hotels & Resorts, Punit has mastered the art of managing large-scale, fast-paced kitchen environments. He is an expert in menu engineering, celebrated for designing diverse culinary experiences that resonate with customers while maintaining strict labor and food cost efficiencies.

Beyond his technical expertise, Punit is a dedicated mentor. His leadership philosophy is rooted in empathy, adaptability, and clear communication, allowing him to foster inclusive, high-performing teams. He is passionate about coaching the next generation of chefs and believes that a culture of respect and accountability is the foundation of any successful kitchen.

Punit holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, as well as specialized certifications in Commercial Cookery and Training & Assessment.
