I qualified as a chef in 2009 in France and have since built my career working in restaurants and catering companies—back home, through my travels, and finally in Australia, which I’ve proudly called home since 2013.

Chef Remi was most excellent. From the beginning he was attentive and interested in our little event and clearly put a lot of thought into our menu. Communication was fantastic and his service on the day was incredible. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend Chef Remi with no hesitation!

Remi was absolutely wonderful! He provided a range of great menu options and was incredibly accommodating—once we had a theme for our event, he tailored everything to suit it perfectly. His communication was excellent throughout, and he was professional, punctual, and delivered exactly what we discussed. The food was not only delicious but also generous in portion—plenty to go around. Clean-up afterwards was spotless. We were so impressed and would definitely recommend him!
