I qualified as a chef in 2009 in France and have since built my career working in restaurants and catering companies—back home, through my travels, and finally in Australia, which I’ve proudly called home since 2013.

Based in the Byron Shire, I offer an authentic “restaurant-like” dining experience in the comfort of your home or holiday rental. My private chef services feature customised menus crafted with the freshest seasonal and locally sourced produce, tailored to your dietary needs and preferences.
