I have a been a professional chef for more than 15 years, I started to work in the kitchen when I was 18. I always have a passion for food because my mum she was cooking for us every day making fresh pasta and others Italian dishes.
I became chef when I was 20, I was working in different restaurant back in Italy on the Lake of Como .
I started to travel when I was 25 , London , Portugal , Spain because I wanted to learn more about other type of cusine.
At age of 28 I went to Sydney and I was working for Orazio D’ Elia chef and owner of Da Orazio .
I learn from him others chef and we share lots of Italians recipe .
I would like to share the passion and love I have for Italian food with my guests.
