Amazing! All the guests were very impressed with Sam's cooking!

Samuel was an excellent, professional who cooked a superb four course dinner for our dinner party (including different meal for children). The food was delicious and showed the exceptional experience Samuel has. Thoroughly recommend.

Chef Sam was absolutely fantastic — he cooked for us over Easter at our beach house and everything was incredible. The food quality, preparation, and presentation were all top-notch, and every dish was genuinely delicious. He made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable, from dinner through to lunch the next day. Super professional, relaxed to work with, and just made everything feel effortless. Would 100% recommend — we’ll definitely be booking him again!

Thank you, Sam, for a great Birthday Dinner - the first in our new Beach House! Dietary requirements catered for, menu tweaks and a great story behind each dish. Embedded in the local community, your access to and execution of special menu items is “sensational” in the words of one of our guests!
