I’m a passionate Chef with international experience across high-end restaurants and 5-star hotels. Originally from Kaliningrad, Russia, I spent 8 years in Dubai before moving to Australia, where I’ve been based in NSW for the past 7 years. Most recently, I worked as Chef de Cuisine at Crown Sydney for 3 years in a successful luxury dining venue.
Today, I create elevated private chef experiences across Sydney, combining refined European techniques with modern Australian produce. I specialise in premium seafood, live-fire cooking, and high-quality meats, always paired with vibrant, seasonal sides. I also enjoy exploring Latin and Japanese flavours and bringing creativity, theatre, and memorable hospitality into every event.
