Bonjour je m'appel Jurgen, sommelier et chef michelin et gault&milau note depuis 2008 jusque 2017 . maintenant je cuisinier dans mon petit château dans le jura pendent les vacances d’Été pour le reste de l’année je m'occupe avec la gastronomie international pour les hôtel et des restaurants.

My name is Jurgen Dirkx, I'm original from Belgium, after my culinary education on hotel school of Antwerp in Belgium i became a maitre 'hotel and sommelier. I started my own restaurants in 2008 en 2015 both of them were michelin and gaultmillau noticed. I co-hosted also for 5 years a lifestyle - TV show on Belgium television. After i sold my 2 restaurants and hotel i moved to France. I found my new home in a small village were i'm a private host and chef at www.Chateau-Amélie.com. My biggest passion is to moderate small groups of people to guide them true a culinary experience that change in to an everlasting memory! is speak french, English, dutch and German!
