My name is Jurgen Dirkx, I'm original from Belgium, after my culinary education on hotel school of Antwerp in Belgium i became a maitre 'hotel and sommelier. I started my own restaurants in 2008 en 2015 both of them were michelin and gaultmillau noticed. I co-hosted also for 5 years a lifestyle - TV show on Belgium television. After i sold my 2 restaurants and hotel i moved to France. I found my new home in a small village were i'm a private host and chef at www.Chateau-Amélie.com. My biggest passion is to moderate small groups of people to guide them true a culinary experience that change in to an everlasting memory! is speak french, English, dutch and German!
