I am a young chef and passionate about gastronomy with more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector, I graduated from the IES Guiellm Dalcala school, in the city of Valencia, Spain, I did my internship at Ricard Camarena with a Michelin star, From there I worked in very good restaurants in Spain such as Namua Gastronomic and the tailor shop (un sol Repsol) which made traditional and avant-garde cuisine and I am an expert in rice “paellas”. I have been able to make my passion my job. I am of Spanish nationality although I now reside in Geneva (Switzerland). I have extensive experience in creative cuisine, having served as head chef, R&D team, menu creation, menu, buffet and catering.
