Passionate chef who loves working with fresh market produce to create delicious seasonal dishes.
I am a classically French trained chef from Cape Town, South Africa. I have been working on board Superyachts for the past 7 years as a private chef as well as a personal chef to a few families in Monaco, Paris and Cape Town. I am now based in Cannes, South of France and ready to cook some great meals. I have Michelin star experience so therefore I am able to do fine dining meals as well as more relaxed experiences, whatever you wish.
