A professional chef who is calm. Passionate and also a great team player. Cooking is my life.

I'm a professional chef with 28 years experience. I was classically trained in the UK. I have worked in many restaurants and hotels across Europe. I have gained a vast experience working as private chef over the past 18 years, cooking for mainly UHNW individuals. I possess a great ability to problem solve and create bespoke dishes at short notice. Produce is my passion, sourcing local, seasonal produce where ever I may be based.
