I am Cristian De Luca born in Italy, in the land of pasta, sea and sun. I studied and graduated with a grade of 92 as a hotel and restaurant service technician. In Italy, after the first experiences in traditional restaurants, I started my true path as a chef after discovering that my passion would become my life. Milan has revealed to me the secrets of a new kitchen, the attention to detail and crazy products. I decide to leave for France to learn where all this new world comes from. From Corsica to Montecarlo, from East to West, from the French Alps to those Swiss, finally ending up in Paris, a journey full of endless stars, with a great desire to discover again ...
