A passionate self-taught chef blending Moroccan, African, and Mediterranean flavors into warm, authentic cuisine.

I am a self-taught chef from Morocco, trained in the most beautiful culinary school: the kitchens of my mother and grandmother. With them, I learned a sincere, generous, soulful cuisine shaped by Berber, Arab, and Andalusian traditions.

When I moved to France, my connection to my roots grew even stronger, and I developed a deeper passion for the richness of Moroccan cuisine, as well as for African dishes and Mediterranean influences.

Every dish I prepare is a blend of heritage, travel, and inspiration: the warmth of the Maghreb, the creativity of African flavors, the freshness of the Mediterranean, and the comfort of family recipes.

For years, I have cooked for family gatherings, celebrations, and friends, and everyone tells me the same thing: “We’ve never tasted anything like this before.”

This is what inspires me today—to share my culinary universe with you: authentic, generous, and deeply heartfelt cuisine.
