Not politically correct to say that many years ago, my decision to become a chef was not necessarily about a special love for cooking but certainly the will to travel.
And this choice has nourished my culinary experience, open my eyes and my mind. First at "le moulin de la renardière" in Osny, near Paris, where I spent 2 years.
Taught me that food is the universal language.
I have worked in restaurants, and hotels industry but it is in private home that I have found the most pleasure.
Because of the relationship that we establish with the persons we served, the freedom and the trust they give me.
