I am a self-taught private chef with 11 years of international experience, from London restaurants and ski chalets to superyachts, private villas, and weddings across the South of France. My approach is rooted in the Haitch Table philosophy: food as story, food as memory, food crafted with intention. Every menu I create is bespoke, seasonal, and deeply personal to the client. Alongside this, I also run a second culinary brand, Harry’s Tandoor—a refined Indian concept built around fire, spice, and craftsmanship—offering the same emotional, elevated, and signature chef-driven experience.
