My career started in Michelin starred restaurants, before becoming a private chef for high end clientele. I have catered for intimate dinners through to large parties, with great attention paid to guest preferences from classic to modern. I design my menu utilising seasonal products, and taking from my Mediterranean roots, a passion for Asian cuisine. I hope to exhibit a unique blend of creative flair and passion for food that covers all dietary needs without compromising flavour.
