Bringing the Greek spirit of filoxenia to every table — the art of offering warmth and generosity, just as pure as it was passed down to me.

Just a passionate chef with experience in restaurants, private households, and corporate settings, dedicated to serving mouthwatering flavors while honoring the depth and elegance of traditional cuisine. I studied culinary arts in Athens, Greece, and eventually found my way to France after working as a private chef for the Head of the Greek military. In Paris, I led the kitchens of two emblematic Mediterranean restaurants and proudly joined Chefs Sans Frontières. Beyond cooking, I have a love for crafting cocktails and pairing them with my dishes. My greatest joy is sharing the true meaning of hospitality — seeing people happy and fulfilled after a meal I’ve prepared.
