I grew up in Spain , where I learned traditional cuisine from a young age. Cooking has always been a central part of my culture and daily life. I gained my first real experience working in my family’s restaurant, where I learned authentic recipes, hospitality, and the discipline of a professional kitchen.

I later spent several years in France, where I discovered and learned the elegance and refinement of French gastronomy. This experience enriched my style by combining oriental tradition with French technique.

I am also very open-minded and curious about the world. I have visited more than 20 countries, which has allowed me to explore diverse cultures and culinary traditions. These experiences inspire my cooking and help me connect easily with people from different backgrounds.

Today, I bring together all these influences to offer flavorful, refined, and carefully prepared dishes with a unique identity.
