Chef Mathieu is an amazing chef, who I recommend very highly. All the meals he prepared were delicious, and presented elegantly. He specially prepared separate dishes for guests with dietary restrictions, and was happy to customize the menu according to our tastes. Chef Mathieu's desserts were particularly memorable! He is very professional, was always on time, and always washed up thoroughly before leaving. I will certainly hire him next time I'm skiing in the area.
