I am an experienced Chef with 18 years behind me.
I was born in Italy and have spent the last 11 years living in Scotland.
Between Italy, Scotland, Spain, Holland and a little bit of Portugal, I have become experienced in many different cooking techniques and grown to love them all.
I am also skilled in pairing drinks to meals and have always preferred locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
My cooking is a mix of fine dining and the classic home food feel with minimum waste in mind at all times.
