I’m a Brazilian-born chef with over 13 years of experience cooking across Portugal, Italy, Brazil and the UK. I trained professionally at IGA in Recife and have worked in everything from seafood restaurants and pizzerias to daytime cafés and winery kitchens. I now work as Sous Chef at Balfour Winery alongside running my own private catering and supper club evenings. My cooking is rooted in Italian and Brazilian traditions but shaped by everywhere I’ve lived, expect honest ingredients, bold flavour and food that feels personal.
