Hi there, I’m América, a Mexican chef/bartender living in the UK. I specialise in traditional/fusion Mexican food/drinks and bakery.

I’ve been in the industry for almost a decade working around México, Spain, and the UK.

I love experimenting in the kitchen, mixing flavours, techniques and recipes from all around the world.

I can always accommodate veggie, vegan, and gluten free menus. (Plus any allergies)
