I am a professional chef with 25 years experience. I worked in Italian restaurants in Europe and moved to London in 2002

I cpecialise in Italian and Spanish cousine. I love making special pasta or Spanish tapas in a different way.

I also enjoy making special cakes which you can’t buy in the shops.
