I am a professional Chef with 13 years of experience in fine dining and hospitality industry.
African roots born and raised in Italy, food has always been a staple in my life. This passion has brought me to some of London's and Uk most famous kitchens.
My career started at The Ivy Restaurant - West Street where the combination of long hours, dedication and passion it's transmuted into amazing food and personal development. After 5 years i moved across other restaurants in London where my career took off leading great teams and delivering great food. Now based in Manchester refining my craft in both private cheffing and restaurant settings with the latest role as Sous Chef at James Martin Manchester.
