A bit of the Mediterranean in London
I have been a chef for over 20 years and worked in private households and corporate kitchens for the past 15.
I am originally from Spain and my core flavours and recipes are those of a Mediterranean diet. My food is based around fresh quality ingredients treated with respect and skill. I always favour taste and quality over fads and passing trends. Having said that, I am aware that as private chef, I always need to be flexible and adapt to clients' requests and preferences. Something that I am fully capable and happy to do at all times.
