I’m Charles, Executive Chef and founder of Taste Temptations. My food philosophy is all about bold, vibrant flavours and beautifully presented dishes that bring people together—whether it’s a relaxed BBQ, an elegant dinner party, or a sharing feast with friends.

I trained under Tom Kerridge at the 2 Michelin-starred Hand & Flowers and have cooked at Windsor Castle, for royalty, celebrities, and private clients across the UK. My career has taken me from award-winning restaurants to private estates and luxury yachts, giving me a wide range of culinary experience.

At Taste Temptations, we create unforgettable dining experiences inspired by the best of global cuisines—Mediterranean, Asian, modern British—and built around seasonal, quality ingredients.
