I Have been a Chef for 25 years. Working in Restaurants and Events. I worked for Michelle Roux Restaurant on Celebrity Cruises. I also run private Events and special occasion. I also Teach Culinary Students during the week. I am passionate about French/ British and Modern European Food. I have degree in Culinary Arts too.
