Maki grew up helping at her parents’ hawker in Singapore where they served traditional noodle dishes for over 40 years. She loves using the recipes that have been passed down through the family. She has since lived and worked in Italy, Spain, New York and Tokyo and learnt a wide array of authentic cooking in these countries.
Felix was born and raised in Yorkshire and grew up with a big family - all of whom loved to cook. Felix has served a wide array of high profile clients and celebrities. He is constantly creating and experimenting with menus which combine bold flavours creating fusion dishes between British and Asian cuisine.
