Born into a third-generation family of Italian pizza makers and chefs, my journey began in the warmth of our family kitchen, where I inherited the secrets of authentic Mediterranean soul food. For the past decade, I have called London home, fueled by the ambition to refine my craft within the city’s most prestigious Michelin-starred establishments and luxury hotels.

My career has been a global adventure, taking me from the high-pressure kitchens of award-winning pizzerias to the vibrant culinary landscapes of Kuwait, France, and India. I’ve had the honour of catering for international events and private celebrities, delivering excellence in stadiums and exclusive venues alike.

I transitioned into the world of private dining during the 2020 pandemic, discovering my true calling. This path has redefined my vision of the kitchen: it is now a space for pure self-expression. I blend my refined palate and creative instinct with the finest seasonal ingredients to craft bespoke menus that challenge the ordinary.
