Three Michelin star trained chef, I love to use seasonal British ingredients with interesting techniques to make memorable dishes.
I am a professional, trained chef who has worked at the highest level. I started my career doing a professional diploma at Ashburton Academy in Devon, learning from some incredibly experienced and successful chefs. I then went up and down the country, working in Birmingham at 1 Michelin starred Adam's, before moving to 3 Michelin starred L'Enclume where I stayed for 3 years. I then wanted to do something for myself, so moved back down to Wiltshire and started a dining company with my partner Rosie.
