After spending 1 year in China working and training in Chinese Cuisine, I returned to the UK and managed the kitchen of a Chinese restaurant for 5 years. I realized at this point in order to fulfill my dream of running my own place I would need to have more Western training. Since then I have worked in many kitchens under some great head chefs and I have gained a ton of experience. Now with the addition of a child to my family, I want to be more present as a father and private cheffing has allowed the work life balance as a chef. I have over 15 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
