My culinary journey began at a small kaiseki restaurant in Tokyo. Upon moving to London, I spent 21 years working at Nobu in both London and Ibiza. Following that, I relocated to the Cotswolds to join the newly opened restaurant, Hiro, under Bull Burford. Currently, I am working as a private chef in the Cotswolds area.
