I’m a passionate chef and baker who loves creating delicious, comforting food and bringing people together through memorable dining experiences.
I grew up in Italy, where my love for cooking began at the age of 7, surrounded by the flavours and traditions of Italian food. After moving to the UK, I studied Professional Cookery for 3 years at Nottingham College. Today, I enjoy bringing my Italian roots together with Nigerian and British influences.
