Joe is the epitomy of a private in house chef. Discrete, attentive, open to feedback (on menu) and delivering amazing food that even our four year old raves about (he went through the scallops as if it were candy!) can absolutely recommend and we will engage Joe again in the future!

This was the first time I have used hire a chef. Joe was absolutely incredible and the food was out of this world . I would without hesitation recommend using him and will definitely use him again in the future. Thank you Joe for making my anniversary surprise so special.

Chef Joe was brilliant. He was super responsive to the initial enquiry and truly understood what we were looking for. He developed a Mediterranean style menu for all, with careful consideration of the dietary needs of two guests who have been working hard to get type two diabetes into remission. Not only was the menu perfect for that, the food was beautifully presented and tasted sublime. We struggled to figure out our favourite dish as all were so good! Joe also cleared up fantastically. The kitchen might even have been cleaner after the dinner! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe and if we were doing something similar again, we’d definitely reach out to Joe again. Thank you for making some special birthdays even more special (and keeping the blood glucose levels spot on!), Joe. It was an experience we’ll all remember for a long time.
